All drum/tote orders may be picked up at our plant located at 7021 Augusta Road, Greenville, SC 29605 or shipped via common carriers or by Encore Container’s in-house fleet when ordered in truckload quantities. We typically ship 1-2 days after receipt of payment. Shipping cost is calculated based on quantity of drums/totes ordered and distance from Greenville, SC to the customers shipping location. Tax will be applied for in-state purchases and for out-of-state if purchased by individuals versus from a business.

Returns are accepted on drums/totes that are new and unused. Return shipping fees are not covered and must be paid by the customer.

If you feel you have received a damaged or defective drum/tote, contact us by phone at (864) 277-2887 or email us. We may require a photo and/or the original item to be returned to us.
